Just got backfrom The Gardens , KL. Have a nice chit chat with Masyitah and Aida, really enjoy  the shrimps pasta and the 50cent Latte at Tony Roma's, yep2...hanya 50sen satu cwn besar hot drinks ( only during promotion time ).. hehehehe.....and the best part is our 'short' visit to Coach boutique. Ermmmm....'so the very the excited' to see all the C bags on display...and  fall in luv with this one bag...going to find the pic on the net soon and share it here...seriously the moment I have it on my shoulder... terus jatuh cinta pandang pertama. I think until I have enough budget for that bag I cant visit the COACH showroom anymore....takut TERBELI plak nanti .hehehehehe ...bak kata org tu..." bag itu seperti memanggil2 untuk dibawa pulang " . ahakssss....

 

And JUSCO still having big sale this week... so..to those who need to buy stuff for your big day ( like your hantaran items ) ... this is the right time to go SHOPPING...:)

Henna/Inai is actually a must for a muslim bride. It can be just a simple henna on each finger or it can be a very nicely drawn, decorated henna that covers the whole hand/palm and feet. We even have a special ceremony for this tradition, we call it  Malam Berinai.

It is usually drawn on the palms and feet, where the color will be darkest because the skin contains higher levels of keratin which binds temporarily to lawsone, the colorant of henna."

For Malay, we dont have the dancing,  we replace it with 'bersanding malam berinai' but the rest is more or less the same. We have 2 occasion actually : mlm berinai besar, mlm berinai kecil. From my experince, mlm berinai kecil is held the nite before akad nikah.. and bride-to-be bersanding alone. For malam berinai besar, is normally right after akad nikah ( nite )...and the newly web 'bersanding' together.

Nowadays we have so many talented ladies who can do this artistic work. :). Some of them even provide home service.. meaning they can go to your house to do the henna the nite before your wedding.
